Return & Refund Policy

We define a "defective" product that is poorly printed, misaligned printing or an issue with the apparel itself.

We reserve the right to determine the validity of the return request.

Our products are warranted to represent the image presented in the product listing. Our vendors use the highest quality DTG printing processes.

Back Nine Apparel reserves the right to determine the validity of the warranty claim.

Returns that are requested on items that are not defective will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA) is required for all returns. To request an RGA please reach out via email to BackNineApparel@gmail.com.

We are unable to warrant the durability of the print due to uncontrollable variables such as laundry habits and customer care of the products.

Irregularities in the print need to be brought to our attention within 10 days of delivery.

We will replace the item with an identical product. Or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) International orders: the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes on both the return and replacement items.
