 Return & Refund Policy

  • We define a "defective" product that is poorly printed, misaligned printing or an issue with the apparel itself. 

  • We reserve the right to determine the validity of the return request.

  • Our products are warranted to represent the image presented in the product listing. Our vendors use the highest quality DTG printing processes. 

  • Back Nine Apparel reserves the right to determine the validity of the warranty claim. 

  • Returns that are requested on items that are not defective will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

  • ​A "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA) is required for all returns. To request an RGA please reach out via email to BackNineApparel@gmail.com

  • We are unable to warrant the durability of the print due to uncontrollable variables such as laundry habits and customer care of the products. 

  • Irregularities in the print need to be brought to our attention within 10 days of delivery.

  • We will replace the item with an identical product. Or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) International orders: the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes on both the return and replacement items. 

  • Items that are determined as defective must be sent back to our location at:  28401 Pinon Ct, Winchester CA 92596.
